Die Grammy-Award-Gewinnerin und beninische Künstlerin Angélique Kidjo beendet die 31. Ausgabe der Internationales de la Guitare in der Opéra Berlioz in Montpellier, begleitet von Gitarrist Amen Viana und unterstützt durch das Montpellier-Quartett Éclot.
Angélique Kidjo, the iconic Beninese artist and multiple Grammy Award and Polar Music Prize laureate, brings the 31st edition of the Internationales de la Guitare to a close at the Opéra Berlioz. Her music weaves African rhythms and melodies together with jazz, soul, funk and pop in a body of work recognised worldwide.
She will be joined on stage by virtuoso guitarist Amen Viana. The evening opens with a set by Éclot, a quartet from Montpellier.
