Planning your visit
Because L'Escogriffe is a bar rather than a large concert hall, the atmosphere tends to be informal. It is a good fit for travellers who enjoy discovering live music in local spaces. Before going, check the venue directly for details such as ticketing, entry arrangements and start time, as these are not covered here.
Montreal itself offers plenty to fill the rest of a day or weekend. Visitors can wander its streets, sample its food and explore its many districts before or after the show, making the concert one part of a wider city trip.
