About
Three rock bands share the bill at Victoire 2 in Montpellier on 22 January 2027, when the standing main hall hosts a loud and varied evening of punk and rock. The concert is held in the Grande salle, which is standing only, so it suits visitors who want to be close to the stage and move with the music.
The line-up
Toulouse trio Madam headline the night. Formed by Gabbie, Anaïs and Marine, the band released their first album, Thanks For The Noise, in 2024 and have played venues and festivals across France. They are joined by two further acts:
- Violent Sadie Mode, a four-piece from Bordeaux led by Sadie Golding, playing 80s-style hardcore punk. They cite Minor Threat and Amyl and the Sniffers among their influences.
- Pussy Miel, a group formed in Capbreton that draws on hypnotic stoner rock and the punk rock of the 90s and 2000s.
Planning your visit
Victoire 2 is the venue for the evening, and the full listing, including booking details, is available on the venue's website. Montpellier, the regional capital of Occitania in southern France, makes a pleasant base for the night, with its old town and lively streets close at hand for a meal or a drink before or after the show.
If you enjoy guitar-driven music played at close quarters, this bill offers three distinct sounds in a single evening, from raw hardcore to heavy, hypnotic grooves.
