About
The Internationales de la Guitare gives free rein to Yamandu Costa, one of the defining figures of contemporary Brazilian music and a master of the seven-string guitar. For this unique creation, he gathers three fellow virtuosos: Antoine Boyer, Thibault Cauvin and Russian guitarist Vera Danilina.
The evening promises a rich dialogue between musical worlds — choro, samba and tango from the Brazilian and South American tradition, alongside jazz manouche and classical guitar. The result is a rare and singular programme that can only exist on this one night.
