Nubiyan Twist return to ALICE in Copenhagen with a new line-up, a brand-new live show and their latest album "Chasing Shadows" (2026). The band is known for energetic, danceable live performances and played a sold-out show at the venue last year.
Formed in 2011 at Leeds College of Music, the nine-piece ensemble draws on jazz, hip hop, afrobeat, dancehall, soul, reggae and electronic music. The line-up covers saxophone, trumpet, vocals and percussion.
The group has been praised by audiences and media, including NPR, which called their sound "Joyous, beautiful and rich". They have collaborated with Nile Rodgers, Tony Allen, Seun Kuti and Fatoumata Diawara.
Few tickets are left for the show, which starts at 20:00.
