Kindsight, an indie rock band from Denmark, headlines this evening at Spillestedet Stengade alongside support act Ninna Lundberg (also known from Ganger).
The band has built a steadily growing international profile through extensive touring across Europe and appearances at major festivals including SXSW in Austin, Texas. They have released two albums to strong critical reception, most recently No Shame No Fame.
No Shame No Fame received airplay and positive attention from US radio station KEXP, which described the band as "a band that balances noise and melody with confidence, sounding both familiar and forward-looking." The album draws on 90s indie rock, alternative guitar pop, shoegaze, college rock and krautrock-inspired structures.
