What traditions are more common in Italian culture?

Italian culture is very diverse, but some of the most common traditions include the celebration of La Festa della Repubblica (Republic Day) on June 2nd, the celebration of the feast day of a patron saint in each region, and the celebration of Easter with religious processions and the exchange of Easter eggs. Other traditions include the eating of traditional Italian dishes, such as pasta and pizza, and the celebration of Christmas with the Nativity scene.
