Where exactly is the location of the Star Wars movie in Tunisia?

The Tatooine scenes from the original Star Wars movie were filmed in the Tunisian desert outside of the town of Tozeur. The locations used are called the Chott el Jerid and Nefta, located in the south of Tunisia.
