Hymn is a Norwegian sludge duo, made up of Ole Ulvik Rokseth and Markus Støle, who have worked together for more than two decades. Their music combines sludge and doom metal, with heavy riffs and a dark atmosphere that rewards a loud room and close attention.
The concert
Hymn plays Beta in Copenhagen on 18 November. The band is expected to draw on new material as well as its heavy, intense sound. This show is one of three rare appearances the duo is making across Denmark, Sweden and Norway, so it is a good chance to hear them in a city outside their home country.
About the band
