About
Jonah Blacksmith: Film Concert is a live event in Copenhagen, Denmark, held at K.B. Hallen on 12 February 2027. It brings together a documentary shown on screen and a set played live by the band, so the visit is part cinema and part concert.
About the performance
Jonah Blacksmith is a seven-piece band from Thy, led by the Alstrup brothers. For this show, the film and the music are presented together: the documentary runs on screen while the band plays by hand on stage. The format suits anyone who enjoys hearing music matched closely to moving images rather than a conventional gig.
- Format: a documentary screened alongside a live, hand-played set
- Band: seven musicians, led by the Alstrup brothers
- Setting: an arena-style venue
The venue and the city
K.B. Hallen is an arena in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, so the evening suits visitors who are already spending time in the city. The arena format means the stage and audience are arranged on a larger scale than a small club, which will shape how the film and the band come across from the seats.
Planning your visit
Because the event is set for February, dress for Copenhagen winter weather if you are travelling to the city for the night. For tickets, dates and any other details, check the event page on the K.B. Hallen website, which is the most reliable place for current information.
