Why go
- The setting: the Academy Concert Hall is part of the Royal Danish Academy of Music, a working music school, so the concert is a window into its life.
- The programme: the repertoire spans Dalberg, Ives, Bonis and Nielsen, which suits listeners who want variety in a single evening.
- The occasion: as an annual gala, it has the feel of a special evening rather than a routine performance.
Copenhagen is easy to reach and offers plenty to see before or after the concert, so an evening here can easily be part of a longer stay in the city. For ticket details and the latest information, the event page at dkdm.dk is the place to check.
