About
The Study Concert by DIS students is a student recital held in the New Hall of the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. The programme brings together students taught by Anne-Marie Lipsonen, who perform for an audience in a concert setting at the Academy.
About the evening
- What: A study concert given by students of the DIS programme
- When: 16 November 2026, at 19:30
- Where: New Hall, Royal Danish Academy of Music (DKDM), Frederiksberg, Copenhagen
Study concerts like this one give a close look at music students at work, with the performances presented as part of their training. For a visitor, it is a modest and focused evening rather than a large public event, and it suits anyone interested in classical music performed by emerging musicians.
Planning your visit
The venue sits in Frederiksberg, a district of Copenhagen with its own parks and streets to explore before or after the concert. Visitors can find the full event details, including any further information on the performance, on the Academy's event page for this concert, which is listed on the DKDM website under the study concert for DIS students.
If you plan to combine the concert with a wider visit to Copenhagen, the evening works well as one part of a day spent exploring the city's neighbourhoods, its cafés and its cultural life.
