About

一个重建的传统绿洲村庄,展示石油时代之前的Emirati Bedouin文化、手工艺和生活方式。

Heritage Village is a reconstructed traditional oasis village in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, also known as Abu Dhabi Heritage Village. It sits near Marina Mall on Corniche Road West, so it is easy to combine with a stop along the Corniche.

The village shows Emirati Bedouin culture and the way of life that existed before the oil era. Rather than a single collection behind glass, it is laid out as a village, so visitors move through the spaces in the way the community once did, with the traditional crafts and daily routines of the desert and oasis presented in their original setting.

What a visit offers

  • Traditional crafts, shown as part of everyday village life
  • Bedouin heritage, with an emphasis on how people lived before the oil era
  • An oasis setting, which gives a clear sense of how settlements depended on the land and water

Planning your visit

Heritage Village suits visitors who want to understand the region's past before exploring its modern skyline. It is a quieter, more reflective stop than many of the city's larger attractions, and it works well for families and for anyone curious about Emirati culture. Because it is close to the Marina area, it pairs naturally with a walk along the Corniche or a visit to the nearby mall.
