About

散布在Lingayen Gulf的124个小岛和小屿群。以跳岛游、浮潜和从翡翠色海水中升起的壮观石灰岩地貌而闻名。

Hundred Islands, also known as Hundred Islands National Park, is a cluster of small islands and islets scattered across Lingayen Gulf in Pangasinan, in the Philippines. Despite its name, the group counts 124 islands, which makes it a place to explore slowly rather than all at once.

What to expect

The islands are known for their limestone formations rising from emerald waters, and much of the visit is spent on the water. Island hopping is the main way to see the area, with boats carrying visitors from one islet to the next. Between stops, many travellers choose to snorkel, looking at the water below the rock faces and the shallows around the islands.

The scenery is the draw. The contrast of pale stone, green growth and clear sea gives the park a distinct look, and the views from the water change as the boat moves between the islands.

Planning your visit

  • Getting there: Hundred Islands sits in Pangasinan, on the western coast of Luzon, so it is best reached as part of a trip to that province.
  • Time on the water: Island hopping takes up most of a visit, so allow a full day if you want to see several islands and swim or snorkel.
  • What to bring: Sun protection, water, and swimwear or snorkel gear suit the activities on offer.

Because the islands are spread across a wide stretch of gulf, a visit suits those who enjoy boating, swimming and outdoor scenery. It is a good choice for a relaxed day out from the wider Pangasinan area.
