Michael Williams brings his debut album WILLOW to life at Store VEGA in Copenhagen. The record — 11 tracks clocking in at just 20 minutes — balances international trap aesthetics with a raw, personal narrative and features guest appearances from KESI, Noah Carter, wicky, and narrator Nis Bank Mikkelsen.
Already known for the audience favourite 'Hygger mig' and the gold-certified 'Nino', Williams has established himself as one of the most significant new voices in Danish hip hop. WILLOW represents a new artistic phase built entirely on his own terms.
Following a sold-out headline show at Lille VEGA, this Store VEGA date marks a major step up for Williams as a live performer. His previous show was praised as a total experience where sound, light, tempo and storytelling fused into a visually commanding performance.
