About
The Naïma Quartet celebrates its 10th anniversary at Le JAM, the very venue where it all began, with a special concert blending old favourites and new compositions led by contrabassist and singer Naïma Girou.
Ten years ago, the Naïma Quartet was born. Since then, they have accumulated over 200 concerts (Jazz in Marciac, Jazz à Vienne…), won prizes at Crest Jazz Vocal and Jazz à Sète, and shared the stage with artists such as Monty Alexander, Ben l'Oncle Soul, Piers Faccini and Selah Sue.
For this 10th anniversary concert, the quartet returns to Le JAM — where it all started — for an exceptional evening of memories and new compositions. Lineup: Naïma Girou (vocals, double bass), John Owens (guitar), Jules le Risbé (piano, Rhodes), Thomas Doméné (drums). Free entry — JAM Découverte. Free conference at 18:30.
