PRESIDENT are an anonymous British collective formed in 2025 who operate at the intersection of heavy alternative music, electronic experimentation and cinematic atmosphere. They attracted considerable attention even before releasing any music, having been announced for Download Festival that same year, sparking wide speculation about the identities of their members.
The group's debut EP 'King of Terrors' surpassed 50 million Spotify streams within six months of release. Their debut album 'Blood Of Your Empire', released via Atlantic Records on 4 September, expands on that dark, intense and emotionally charged sound, previewed by lead single 'DOOMLOOP'.
The frontman, known only as 'The President', is described by Revolver magazine as silver-haired and wearing an unsettling, near-human mask with deep wrinkles and a wax-figure-like appearance.
