Danish Balkan band Tako Lako returns to the stage after several years away, playing a new show with new music at Spillestedet Stengade in Copenhagen. The concert starts at 20:00 on 19 February 2027 and runs into the early hours, as part of Vinterjazz Festival 2027.
Tako Lako, a legendary Danish Balkan band, is back on the live stage after a break of several years. They bring a new show and new music, with the same wild energy as before.
The band gained cult status through the 2010s with intense, trance-inducing live shows. Their sound mixes psychedelic Balkan beats, dusty gypsy grooves, electronic elements and sweat-soaked singalongs. They have played festivals including Glastonbury, SXSW, Sziget and Roskilde.
The concert takes place at Spillestedet Stengade (18 Stengade) in Copenhagen. It begins at 20:00 on Friday, 19 February 2027 and ends at 02:00 the next morning. It is part of Vinterjazz Festival 2027.
