About

Préserve plus de 2 000 arches naturelles de grès dans l'est de l'Utah, y compris la célèbre Delicate Arch. Présente des paysages de roches rouges et des formations géologiques uniques.

Arches National Park sits in eastern Utah, close to the town of Moab, and protects more than 2,000 natural sandstone arches. The park's red rock landscape and its unusual geological formations are the main reason visitors come, and the arches themselves range from small openings to large spans that stand out against the surrounding stone.

What to expect

The park is built around its rock. Sandstone has been shaped into fins, pinnacles and the arches that give the park its name, and the colours of the stone change through the day, which makes the scenery worth seeing more than once. The best-known sight is Delicate Arch, which is among the park's most photographed features.
