About
The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place is a contemporary hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, located near the University of Pittsburgh campus in the Oakland neighborhood. It is also known as the Hilton Garden Inn Oakland Pittsburgh.
What to expect
The hotel offers modern accommodations, and its position makes it a practical base for a stay in this part of the city. Oakland is known as one of Pittsburgh's main educational and medical districts, so the area has a distinctly campus-and-clinic character during the working week.
Who it suits
- Visitors with business or appointments at the nearby hospitals
- Families and guests visiting students or staff at the university and other local institutions
- Travelers who want to stay close to the university campus rather than in the downtown core
Because the hotel sits close to the university, it works well for visitors who want easy access to the campus and the institutions around it, while still being within reach of the rest of Pittsburgh.
Guests planning a stay should check current rates, availability and amenities directly with the hotel before booking.
